Brønnøysundregistrene (The Brønnøysund Register Centre)

The Brønnøysund Register shall enter into a framework agreement which includes a service agreement, electro installation services and materials related to these assignments. The services shall be provided in all premises located in Brønnøysund and rented by the Brønnøysund Register Centre.
The framework agreement period is two years from 1.1.2016. Unilateral option for the Brønnøysund Register Centre to prolong the agreement with up to one + one + one + one year.
The options will be automatically triggered unless there is distinct notification of termination of the agreement, at the latest one month prior to the option period taking effect.
At present the Brønnøysund Register Centre rents approx. 13,500 m2 in Brønnøysund. This is divided in three buildings.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tax and VAT certificates (not older than six months).

The Contracting Authority will obtain the company registration certificate themselves for Norwegian tenderers. Foreign tenderers must attach certificates that prove that they are legally-established businesses as determined by the law of the country in which the tenderer is established.

HSE self-declaration (See annex 2).

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The company's most recent Annual Accounts with notes, including any new information of relevance to the company's accounting figures. If a tenderer has valid reasons as to why such documentation cannot be obtained, or that the financial situation has changed significantly since the last submitted annual accounts, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with other documentation that the Contracting Authority can accept. If the tenderer has such valid reasons, he may contact the Contracting Authority in writing in order to clarify what other documentation is acceptable. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to obtain the tenderers' credit ratings.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

The tenderer is required to have adequate economic and financial capacity to carry out the assignments in the contract period.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Statement of the number of persons at the service provider who work daily with assignments connected to the disciplines included in this competition. The overview of the number of person shall be divided between disciplines and the number of years of relevant work experience. The template, annex 4 must be used.

The tenderer shall enclose with the tender, an overview of the principal relevant assignments/deliveries the previous three years, including information of scope/value, date and recipient. Appendix 3 — ‘Overview of equivalent assignments’ should be completed and attached.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

The tenderer must have very good and stable capacity and the ability to fulfil the contract.

Extensive experience is required from equivalent assignments.
