The contract includes electrical installation works, such as finding errors/repairing and smaller development projects, addition and reconstruction of existing buildings, implementing internal control, inspecting automatic fire alarm systems/emergency light systems, including annual service. The contract also includes consultancy services in connection with assessment of assignments. The list is not exhaustive.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

— Presentation of the company's annual accounts (most recent annual report submitted to the Brønnøysund Register of Enterprises, incl. auditor's report). In order to substantiate the qualification requirement, the tenderer should attach the most recent accounting figures. The above figures must be signed/confirmed in writing by the auditor.

— For recently established companies, a recent financial printout signed by the auditor must be submitted.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

— Documentation substantiating compliance with the qualification requirement, in accordance with ‘The Regulations regarding electrical contractors and qualification requirements for works in relation to electrical plants and electrical equipment’, Chapter 3;

— Overview of certifications;

— Installation contractor certificate;

— Certificate of acceptance for service and maintenance of Autronica and Eltek centrals, or verify that this can be obtained within 6 months from signing the framework agreement;

— Experience with KNX programming (can be substantiated by presenting certificate of competence and/or references);

— A description of the Company's/Department's annual manpower.

The tenderer shall be a certified electrical installation company with sufficient personnel that can implement the assignments. The company shall also be registered in the Norwegian Directorate for Civil Protection's Register of Electrical Contractors which design, install and maintain electrical installations (Elvirksomhetsregisteret).
