Brønnøysundregistrene (The Brønnøysund Register Centre)

The Brønnøysund Register Centre shall implement extensive development work of renewing the register systems. Several roles at the BRsy (Brønnøysund Register Centre System project) project shall be occupied shortly after the main project has been initiated.
The objective of the tender contest is to enter into framework agreements regarding consultancy services for customer related functions in the project (the service area customer service competence). The service provider shall fortify the Brønnøysund Register Centre's project during the entire or parts of the project period, and possibly in the entire line organisation if this is required as a result of the project. The scope is extensive and will require cutting-edge expertise in several in several fields. The agreements shall cover the requirement for competence and capacity that the contracting authority is lacking internally. Requirements for solving independent assignments in the form of assignment agreements may also occur.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tax and VAT certificates.
Company Registration Certificate (this applies to foreign tenderers).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Annual accounts and accounting figures approved by an auditor for 2013 and 2014.
Tenderers can also enclose any recent information that is relevant for the company's accounting figures.
If a tenderer has valid reasons as to why such documentation cannot be obtained, or that the financial situation has changed significantly since the last submitted annual accounts, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with other documentation that the contracting authority can accept. If the tenderer has such valid reasons, he may, prior to the deadline for receipt of tenders, contact the contracting authority in writing for clarifying other acceptable documentation The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain separate credit ratings of the tenderers.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The tenderer is required to have adequate economic and financial capacity to carry out the assignment/agreement. The tenderer's financial strength will be evaluated in relation to solidity and equity against the procurement's total value and contract period. Solidity and equity must as a minimum requirement be classified as sufficient (c.f. Bisnode), and a creditworthy score of minimum 3 or better (c.f. Bisnode) is required.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
An account of the company's business idea and core competence related to the extent of this assignment.
An overview of the company's history, organisation and ownership, as well as a description of the current business activity.
A description of how the tenderer is organised in relation to the execution of this contracts.
A short description of the general quality assurance system that the tenderer will use for fulfilment of the contract and a description of existing or planned certifications.
A detailed description of the tenderer's general methods that are considered relevant for ensuring the quality. The tenderers shall qualify for each categories that are given in the listed categories stated in the Qualification documents' chapter 2.4.1.
