This competition basis is for the delivery of vehicles, fittings, wheels, service and decoration for all the companies in the Lyse group.The general policy in Lyse is that purchased vehicles shall be as climate and environmentally friendly as possible, both as regards energy consumption and climate emissions.Lyse mainly purchases large goods vans and small goods vans. 60 % of the procurement is estimated to be large goods vans.Normally approx. 30 vehicles are purchased per annum.Lyse's vehicles consist of approx. 300 registered vehicles, including tractors, trailers etc. The vehicles are owned by Lyse and normally kept for five years. Occasionally this can be extended to 7-8 years. Each vehicle is driven an average of approx. 18 000 km per annum.Tenders can be submitted for parts of the assignment/delivery. Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer shall have sufficient capacity and implementation ability (capability). Filled in and signed supplier self assessment.
The supplier shall have a well-functioning quality system suited to the content of the contract.
The company shall be legally registered.
Completed and signed HSE self-declaration in accordance with Annex 2 of the public procurement regulations (www.lovdata.no) or equivalent.
Tenderers must fulfil the requirements in the public procurement regulations § 20-12 second and third sections, cf. the Utilities regulations § 10-5 first section.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling: Tenderers shall have good credit worthiness without a requirement for security.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers and/or the tenderer's sub suppliers shall be certified as a bodybuilder garage, cf. the regulations on vehicle garages.
Kontraktutførelse
Innskudd og garantier som kreves: Bank guarantee and any parent company guarantee.
Hovedfinansieringsvilkår og betalingsordninger og/eller henvisning til relevante bestemmelser som regulerer dem:
Payment shall be in accordance with an invoice with a due date of 45 (forty five) calendar days after the invoice date.
