The objective of the procurement is to cover the municipality's need for winter and spring maintenance services for municipal properties in Ringsaker municipality. Winter maintenance is defined as snow clearing, snow ploughing and sanding/salting. Spring maintenance is defined as brushing and sweeping subsequent to the winter season.
The tender contest is divided in 2: winter maintenance service and spring maintenance services. Tenders may be submitted for 1 or both of the services.

1. Payment of Public Fees:
About the qualification requirements:
Norwegian service providers must present tax certificates for VAT and tax issued by the Chief Municipal Treasurer where the service provider has his main office. Tax certificates must be submitted within the deadline for tenders. Tax certificates shall not be more than 6 months from the tender deadline. The tenderer must not have substantial arrears. Any arrears must be justified separately.

Regarding the qualification requirement:
For work to be performed in Norway, the contracting authority must require that the selected supplier submits a statement that the supplier will comply with legal requirements in Norway concerning health, safety and environment (HSE).

3. Legally Established Company:
The tenderer is required to have a legally established company.
Documentation: Company registration certificate.

Regarding the qualification requirement:
The tenderer must provide a short account of the organisation and manpower situation, premises and equipment.
