Givas wishes to enter into an agreement with 1 or several tenderers involving flushing/suction services and CCTV pipe inspections. The objective of the contract is to discover irregularities and create a foundation for good maintenance in Givas' area of responsibility in the owner municipalities Eidskog, Grue, Kongsvinger and Nord-Odal. The assignment includes suction and flushing services as well as CCTV pipe inspections. Givas wishes to gain covering of requirements to a low cost.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

The tenderer shall have the tax, employer contributions and VAT payments in order. Tax Certificate must not be older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders.

— Tax certificate;

— Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian ones.

The tenderer must be a legally established company:

— Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate;

— Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade index or business register as prescribed by the law of the country in which the company is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers shall have sufficient financial strength to comply with the contractual obligations. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.

— A credit rating based on the most recent accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by a credit information company that has a licence to handle personal information.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

1. The tenderer shall have relevant experience from minimum 3 equivalent assignments during the previous 3 years:

Description of the tenderer's 3 most relevant assignments during the last 3 years. The description must include a specification of the contract's value, time and recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address). References will only be contacted if there is a need to clarify the relevance of the assignment. It is nevertheless the tenderer's responsibility to substantiate relevance to the assignment by giving a description of the references.

2. Tenderers shall have sufficient implementation ability and capacity:

Statements must be submitted indicating the tenderer's average workforce over the last 3 years and the equipment, machinery, tools, material or technical equipment that are available to the tenderer and will be used to implement the contract/assignment.

3. A good and well-functioning quality assurance system is required for the services that shall be provided:

Statement regarding the tenderer's quality assurance system/management system. And/or a copy of the certificate issued by an accredited certification body or equivalent documentation.

4. Tenderers will be completely responsible for the subcontractors' fulfilment of the contractual obligations with respect to the contracting authority:

Statement of any subcontractors used and to what extent.
