Extension Bryne secondary school including water and sewage and outdoor installations

The contracting authority would like, via this competition, to enter into a contract for an extension to Bryne secondary school with an extension with room for 180 pupils, administration and a new canteen. The new extension is approximately 1 700 m divided between 3 (4) floors. A minor part (approximately 200 m) of the existing building will be included in the contract as alterations to the room divisions, so that it fits the extension. New outdoor installations in large parts of the school playground, with the development of a pavement by the school along Sveinsvollveien and parts of Skolegata are also included. New technical installations for the new building and retention basins for the entries school site are included in the contract. The extension shall be completed for the start of the school year in autumn 2017. The hand-over deadlines in the progress plan are absolute.

Documents prepared in the preliminary project, prepared by consultants that Time municipality used in the preliminary project are attached as the basis for the detailed engineering design services.The consultants that Time municipality has used will not be transported to the turnkey contractor. Tenderers are, therefore, free, at their own risk, to engage these consultants for the continued process.The turnkey contractor shall involve and include all work including engineering design services that is necessary to provide a complete building and outdoor area.The extent is described in the tender documentation.
