Vegfinans E134 Buskerud AS

The company would like tenders for bank loan facilities of 2 800 000 000 NOK for the development of the E134 between Damåsen and Saggrenda in Buskerud as described in the White Paper 49 S (2014-2015). Central points on the development and financing of the stretch are as follows:
— Vegfinans E134 Buskerud AS is in charge of, amongst other things, the loan and toll money collection for the project.
— Buskerud County Council approved on 7 May 2014 a resolution on a county guarantee by surety for 2 800 000 000 NOK
— The expectation is that the stretch Damåsen-Saggrenda will be developed in the period 2015 to 2019 and that the toll money collection will start in 2019 and will last for approx. 15 years.
Tender documentation will be prepared that will be distributed to qualified tenderers who register their interest in participating in the tender contest. The following process has been scheduled for the procurement of the financing:
— Notice: 6.5.2015
— Deadline for registering interest in participating via Doffin: 15.6.2015.
— The tender documentation will be sent out shortly after the deadline for registering interest in participating has expired.
— Deadline for submitting a tender: 11.8.2015.
— Negotiations with tenderers, the final tender, processing by the Board and establishment of loan documentation are expected to be carried out during August and September 2015.
— The company must be able to draw on the loan facility/facilities by the end of September 2015.

Tenderers can also be an international financial institution, but they must have the opportunity to provide loans in Norway.
