Establishment of a bank loan facility for Rv 36 Telemark AS

The company would like tenders for bank loan facilities for 400 000 000 NOK for the development of national road 36 Slåttekås and Årnes in Telemark as described in the white paper 108 S (2014-2015). Central points on the development and financing of the stretch are as follows:
— Vegfinans Rv36 Telemark AS is in charge of, amongst other things, the loan and toll money collection for the project.
— The county council in Telemark decided, on 25.2.2014, to provide a county guarantee as surety for 400 000 000 NOK.
— The stretch is expected to be developed in the period 2016 to the turn of the year 2018/2019 and the toll money collection will start at the same time with a collection period of 15 years.
Tender documentation will be prepared that will be distributed to qualified tenderers who register their interest in participating in the tender contest. The following process has been scheduled for the procurement of the financing:
— Publication: 6.7.2015
— Deadline for registering interest in participating via Doffin: 8.8.2015
— The tender documentation will be sent out shortly after the deadline for registering interest in participating has expired.
— Deadline for submitting a binding tender to the company: 18.9.2015
— The company plans to assess the received tenders at the turn of the month September/October 2015
— The company must be able to use the financing by the end of October 2015.
