Stavanger kommune

The contracting authority would like, via this competition, to enter into a contract for consultancy services within water, sewage, road and noise and traffic engineering. In addition there will be minor assignments in concrete engineering, landscape architecture and surveying. There is also an option with district heating and high voltage cables.
The service provider's work assignments will be within the stated disciplines for preliminary engineering design services, detailed engineering design services and the preparation of technical plans. The project shall be modelled in 3D.

Gamleveien is approx. 800 m long and is situated in a densely built-up area. The project affects approx. 50 properties and land shall be acquired for approx. 30 of them. In addition there can be interventions in gardens due to difference in levels from the gardens to the road and noise reduction measures. The interventions at the properties vary from major interventions to minor adaptions.The joint pipeline in Gamleveien shall be separated. In addition a new water pipeline shall be laid.New noise calculations shall be made and a report shall be prepared with proposed measures for the development of Gamleveien. Detailed engineering design services shall be carried out for the final measures.Traffic counts shall be made in the surrounding streets before, during and after the site works.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The service provider must be a legally established company.
The contracting authority requires service providers who wish to participate in the competition to demonstrate that they are registered in a trade index or other enterprise register as prescribed in the legislation in the country in which they are established. Documentation of this (e.g. a Business Registration Certificate from the Brønnøysund Register Centre) shall be enclosed with the tender. The attached documentation shall not be older than six months from the deadline for receipt of tenders.

The service provider must have the financial ability to carry out the contract.
As documentation the Contracting Authority will collect the credit evaluation Commercial Delphi Score from Experian (The Contracting Authority subscribes to services from Experian).
Minste nivå(er) av standarder: The service provider shall achieve a minimum rating of ‘creditworthy’.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
A very good ability to fulfil the contract and considerable experience from assignments of an equivalent size and complexity are required.
