The aim of the procurement is to contract an engineering design group that shall see to the engineering design services in the different phases in the project for the renovation of Fossum nursery.
The procurement includes the entire process from the preliminary project to the completed building/hand-over. Please refer to the performance description in Annex 1 for a further description of the scope of the work and the planned progress.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

— The tenderer must be a legally established company.

Documentation requirement:

— Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate;

— Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade index or business register as prescribed by the law of the country in which the company is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

— The tenderer must have sufficient financial capacity to implement the assignment/contract.

Documentation requirement:

— Credit evaluation/rating from all participants in the engineering design group. The credit evaluation/rating shall not be more than 1 year old, and should be based on the last known fiscal figures.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

— Tenderers shall have good experience from equivalent engineering design work.

Documentation requirement:

— List of the most important deliveries or services performed during the past 3 years, including information about the value, time, and the name of the public or private recipients. The performances shall be documented by certificates issued or confirmed by the relevant public authority or private recipient. In the absence of this, a declaration from the tenderer will be accepted.

Individual CVs are not requested under this criterium.

— The tenderers are required to have a good and well functioning quality assurance system.

— Certificate for the company's quality system issued by independent bodies which certify that the tenderer fulfils certain quality assurance standards, for example ISO 9001:2002.

Instead of certificates, other equivalent documentation on quality assurance measures may be accepted. We request information regarding the name of the system and to have a detailed table of contents or an explanation of how the system is used in practice.

We emphasise that fulfilment of the requirement must be documented by all participants in the engineering design group.
