Engineering design group for Valnesfjord school and multi-purpose hall

Fauske kommune, with Rådmannen (The Chief Municipal Executive), shall carry out an open tender contest for the procurement of an engineering design group for Valnesfjord school and multi-purpose hall. The engineering design group shall cover the following disciplines: PGL, ARK, RIB, RIBR, RIV, RIE, LARK, RIAKU and RIGEO.
Tenderer shall have overall responsibility for all work carried out by the engineering design group. The tenderer will themselves select the participants of the engineering design group, and shall offer the entire engineering design group, including the project group leader, as part of their delivery. Tenderer shall indicate the participant who shall have the roll of responsible applicant.
An internal agreement will be signed between all of the companies/participants in the group with joint and several liability to the Contracting Authority. Copy of internal agreement shall be submitted to the Contracting Authority at the latest a month after signing of the contract.
The assignment comprises designing and project management in connection with construction of Valnesfjord school and multi-purpose hall. the work comprises hereunder implementation of design, being the responsible applicant and PRO in all disciplines, and develop descriptions and drawings that are sufficiently detailed so they can be utilised as technical parts at the competitive tendering of the contracts, and utilised as a basis for the executing contractors during the execution of the contracts.
