Engineering design and construction of Kleivane kindergarten with 10 departments

In the financial plan 2015-2018, the City Council has decided to construct a new kindergarten at Kleivane. For this purpose, the contracting authority has purchased site T1 situated at Kleivane.
In connection with this, the contracting authority intends to enter into a contract for complete engineering design and construction of a kindergarten with 10 departments at Kleivane, in accordance with the tender documents with assignment description and accompanying annexes. The assignment includes:
— Engineering design services;
— Construction;
— Development of an outdoor area as well as site preparation works;
— Sheds;
— Delivery and installation of fixtures and equipment in accordance with descriptions;
— Options (a pressure build-up station and low-energy).
The project shall be executed as an engineering, procurement and construction contract and the site is expected to be ready for initiation of construction works in August 2015. The service provider must have the capacity to complete the kindergarten and outdoor facilities in accordance with the contract, so that the take-over proceedings can take place no later than 22.5.2017 (final date). The kindergarten shall be in operation within 1.8.2017. The kindergarten shall be designed and constructed in accordance with the requirements given in TEK 10, unless other special guidelines are in force.
