New construction and rehabilitation of Elverum sixth form college. The new construction is an extension to the sports hall and new administration building. In addition, the entire existing school facility shall be rehabilitated. The work shall be carried out in three phases and building years. The new construction comprises approx. 5 000 m and rehabilitation approx. 13 000 m GFA. Planned start-up is summer 2016.

The tenderer must be a legitimate company, have orderly conditions regarding payment of tax and VAT.
Documentation requirement:
— Certificate of payment of tax and VAT which is no more than 6 months old, from the tender deadline (Norwegian tenderers only).
Company Registration Certificate.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
— Credit rating from Bisnode (www.soliditetd.no). For companies without a score in the Bisnode database, the Contracting Authority will assess the accounting figures in the database and, if necessary, obtain external assistance to assess the tenderer's economic and financial position. Tenderers with temporarily reduced credit worthiness due to reported de-merger/merger or similar incidences, will still be able to be approved. The Contracting Authority will obtain this documentation themselves.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
As a minimum the tenderer is required to not be bankrupt, under debt settlement proceedings, liquidation or have ceased operations, as well as a minimum score of three on the credit rating from Bisnode.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
* The tenderer must provide a list of the most important deliveries during the last 5 years, including information about name, description, value, size, date and recipients (name and email). The references will only be contacted if required.
* Description of the average workforce in the company during the last 3 years.
— Tenderers evaluation of their own capacity to carry out the contract work in the provided contract period, also in regard to other contracts/engagement in the same period.
— An organisation chart that shows all the important functions, including functions that are covered by any sub-contractor/sub-supplier, with company name.
— Where the turnkey contract does not cover this themselves, the sub-supplier's documentation in regard to workforce and capacity must be enclosed, as well as submitting a commitment statement, see point 4.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
* Experience is required from at least one equivalent assignment during the last 5 years. By equivalent assignment, we refer to the execution of turkey contracts of the same size and complexity.
* Sufficient capability and capacity to perform the delivery is required.
