Felling/logging.During the contract period, the contract will comprise approximately 30 000 m3 felling/logging in logging classification 4 and 5. Annually the felling volume can be approximately 18 000 m3 in 2016 and lower the following 2 years. Felling will be undertaken throughout the entire year.Thinning.In the same period, the contract will including thinning of approximately 18 000 m3 in logging classification 3 and 4. All of the felled/logged trees shall be delivered to roadway as cut timber, sorted according to agreed qualities. Approximately 8 000 m³ of this scope will be in 2016 and lower the following years.

The tenderer shall be a legally established company. Norwegian companies shall document a company registration certificate from the Brønnøysund Register Centre. Foreign companies shall document this with certificates of registration in a trade register as determined by the legislation in the country where the tenderer is established.

The tenderer shall fulfil his obligations in relation to payment of taxes, VAT and other public dues. All Norwegian tenderers shall enclose tax certificates for VAT and tax. Tax certificates shall not be more than 6 months, from the tender deadline.

The tenderer must fulfil the requirement for good conducted in accordance with PPR §§ 11-10 (1) e, or 20-12 (1) e. Documented by a completed self-declaration on conduct. The form can be obtained from the following website:http://www.abakus.as/images/stories/mal/Egenerklring_om_vandel.doc

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers shall have adequate financial capacity for implementation of the assignment. Documented by an expanded report from Bisnode http://www.soliditet.no/

The report must be dated after the publication date for the contest. If such a report is not presented, Abakus reserves the right to collect an extended report from Bisnode and base the assessment of the tenderer's economic and financial situation from the information given in the report. Information given on the tender date will be emphasised.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tendering businesses shall document a minimum of 3 equivalent assignments for private or public contracting authorities in the last 3 years. The documentation shall include the name of contracting authority, scope, content and delivery date.
