The figures below for the consumption of electro services are not binding and subject to the budgets and number of assignments varying from year to year. Call-offs made by the Property Management Section on the existing framework agreements for electro services for the period 2012-2015 have amounted to approx. NOK 5 000 000 – 10 000 000 per annum for operation and NOK 10 000 000 – 15 000 000 for investments, excluding VAT.

Documentation: Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate from the Brønnøysund Register Centre. Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade index or register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Documentation: A credit assessment/rating — not older than 3 months (from the tender deadline) — that is based on the last known accounting figures.
The rating shall be carried out by an officially certified credit rating institution. The rating shall include a definition of the classification that the credit rating institution uses.
The company's last Annual Report (including the auditor's assessment), as well as recent information that is relevant for the company's fiscal figures.
For newly established companies it is sufficient to submit the founding document and opening balance.

Requirement: Tenderers shall have the financial capacity to fulfil the assignment/contract and the company is required to be credit worthy.
Lindorff — 3 or better.
Experian — 30 or better / 671 or better.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement: Good capacity and implementation ability and the company is to have a quality assurance system.
It is desirable that the company has a specifically expressed environmental policy.
Tenderers are required to be certified as an apprentice company and actively use apprentices for work for the contracting authority.
Documentation: An account of the average workforce and administration in the last 3 years.
List the most important contracts in the last three years with information on the value, date and name of the contract party.
Central certification in development class 3 for executors and development class 2 for engineering designers, alternatively documentation that such certification will be in place before the contract is signed.
Authorisation as a tele installer.
KNX-certification.
E.g. ISO 9001:2015-certification or equivalent documentation.
Completed self-declaration form on the environmental profile — annex 5.
Independent documentation of certification as an apprentice company and a concrete plan that supports that the tenderer will actively use apprentices for work for the contracting authority.
