Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Requirement:
The supplier and any sub suppliers shall have orderly conditions regarding their tax and VAT payments.
Documentation requirement:
Tax certificate form R-1244, not older than six months from the tender deadline.
VAT certificate, form RF-1244, not older than six months from the tender deadline.
Alternatively a joint certificate from Altinn.
Foreign suppliers shall provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian ones.
The supplier and any sub suppliers shall have a functioning HSE system.
HMS-self declaration, cf. the regulations §17-15
The supplier and any sub suppliers shall be a legally established company and shall fulfil the registration requirements.

— Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade or business registry as prescribed in the legislation of the country in which the tenderer is established.

The tenderer must have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract.

— Annual accounts (last 2 years) with notes including the auditor's statement.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement:
The supplier shall have broad experience from equivalent assignments.
Documentation requirement:
— Tenderers shall enclose a list of the most important relevant deliveries in the last 3 years.
The tenderer shall have the implementation ability and capacity to fulfil the contract.
—Overview of manpower
Tenderers for the assignment shall have the necessary competence to carry out the assignment.

—Trade personnel shall have a minimum certificate in group L
— Environmental/Quality assurance
