Harstad municipality invites tenderers to submit a tender for electrician services and accompanying materials.
Tenders can be submitted for parts of the assignment, i.e. tenders for the following parts:
1. Work assignments that involve heavy current and low current competence. See Annex 1, requirement specifications and Annex 4, price form 1.
2. Annual inspection of fire alarms and emergency lighting systems, as well as maintenance of and improvements to existing systems. See Annex 1 requirement specifications and Annex 4 price form 2.
3. Work with water and sewage installations. See Annex 1 requirement specifications and Annex 4 price form 3.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

1. The tenderer shall have the tax, employer contributions and VAT payments in order. Tax Certificate must not be older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders.

— Tax certificate;

— Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from authorities equivalent to the Norwegian authorities.

2. The tenderer shall be a legally established enterprise:

— Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate;

— Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade index or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers shall have the financial capacity to fulfil the assignment/contract:

— Credit assessment based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by a credit information company that has permission to handle personal information.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

1. The tenderer shall have experience from a minimum of 3 similar contracts during the last 3 years:

— Description of the tenderer's 3 most relevant contracts during the last 3 years. The description must include the contract value, date and recipient (name, phone and e-mail). References must be contactable if necessary, to clarify the relevance of the contract. However, it is the tenderer's responsibility to provide a description substantiating relevance.

2. Tenderers must have sufficient capacity to fulfil the contract:

— A description of the service team that the tenderers have at their disposal for fulfilment of the contract.

— CV with description of formal education and work experience for each person who shall staff the assignment.

3. Tenderers must, in addition, submit the following documentation/certificates:

— Liability insurance certificate (type of insurance);

— For low current installers the requirement is certificate group S;

— For heavy current installers the requirement is certificate group L;

— Documentation of experience from work on water and sewage installations. (Applies for submissions for sub Lot 3, See Point 2,8);

— Documentation that the company is authorised as an electrical installer;

— A copy of the certificate issued by an accredited certification body or equivalent documentation;

— A good and well functioning quality assurance system is required. A signed self-declaration for the quality assurance system;

— If a tenderer has a copy of the system certificate issued by an accredited certification body or equivalent documentation.
