The assignment is in connection with the expansing of National Road 4 from Gran/Lunner border to Jaren, including a tunnel (2 lanes) outside of central Gran. One part of the project is also structures, junctions and side roads/exits, as well as other measures which shall be implemented along the route. In the south, the assignment is demarcated to the municipal border of Lunner/Gran. Demarcation to the north is the Sandvold junction (Jaren) where the existing National Road 4 becomes a 3 lane road.

Requirement for tax certificate:
All Norwegian tenderers shall enclose a tax certificate and VAT certificate in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations § 8-7 / § 17-14.
Equivalently, all foreign tenderers with business addresses in other EEA countries shall enclose a VAT certificate and tax certificate. The Public Procurement Regulations § 8-7 / § 17-14 apply accordingly. If the tenderer's home country does not issue such certificates, they can be replaced by a declaration from a legal or administration authority in the home country or the current country of residence. A Norwegian translation of all such certificates and/or declarations shall be enclosed.

Requirement for HSE self-declaration:
Tenderers shall enclose an HSE self-declaration in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations § 8-8 / § 17-15, cf. § 3-4. The self-declaration shall be in Norwegian.
A form for the HSE self-declaration is included in the tender documentation that refers to the Public Procurement Regulations, Annex 2, and the declaration shall be enclosed with the tender in accordance with chapter E2 in the competition documentation.

Kontraktutførelse
Innskudd og garantier som kreves:
Requirement for collateral:
Security shall be furnished by a bank, insurance company or other financial institutions, approved by the builder. Accepted security includes the guarantee amount placed in escrow for the benefit of the builder. Interest accrues to the contractor.
For working partnerships, security shall be provided on behalf of the working partnership, not the individual participating companies.
The contractor shall provide the builder with documentation of the collateral contract before the start of work and not later than 28 days after the contract is signed.
The Builder will not provide any guarantee.
