Bergen emergency doctor surgery would like to receive tenders for two mobile, identical, 'state of the art' C-arms with a flat panel detector. The offered arm shall be balanced out with a generator, x-ray tube and detector. The project shall be carried out during 2015, we envisage that the procurement and installation will take place in the last half of 2015. The C-arms shall mainly be used for orthopaedic procedures.
The C-arms will be used by radiographers and doctors for the repositioning and treatment of broken bones and dislocations on extremities, the removal of foreign objects, as well as for other minor surgical interventions in the same area. It must also be possible to use the C-arm for exposure, for example taking pictures post treatment. The offered apparatuses shall be digital.
Good access in the arm will be important, as it shall be used for treatment, for example, for plaster casts.
Emphasis will be put on how easy it is to turn and move due to on-site conditions. There must be good ergonomic solutions and it must be easy to operate.
The apparatuses will be in daily use. The operational time is divided between 2 shifts throughout the year. The 2 installations will have a slightly different rate of use.

Bergen emergency doctor surgery would like to receive tenders for 2 mobile C-arms that can see to the sketched needs and wishes as described and requested here in the best possible way. The offered equipment shall have at least two years guarantee for all parts. This is to include the x-ray tube, detector, monitor and other parts that must be seen as special.
