Bergen kommune

Bergen kommune wants to enter into framework agreement for the purchase of food products for the department kitchens at retirement and nursing homes, for delivery to Bergen kommune and others. The delivery will also encompass other entities, such as, for example entities within the Agency for psychiatric and drug services, the Agency for services for the disabled, and the Agency for home based services. Overview of the delivery locations can be found in the Contract's Annex 3, Attachment B, Delivery locations.
In this framework agreement there is a fixed range of approximately 330 products, in addition there is a Christmas, Easter and summer range. The food products shall be delivered in the customary household packaging. Food products included are milk and milk products, cheese, margarine, butter and oil, various toppings, corn products such as bread and crisp-bread etc. cakes and biscuits, fruit and vegetables, some dinner foods such as meat patties and rice porridge etc., seasoning, baking products and coffee, tea and other beverages.
Bergen kommune wants to use this contest to reward tenderers who in connection with the execution of the contract, employ disabled persons and have permanent facilitated work cf. Regulation for permanent facilitated work §§ 11-1 - 11-3. For further information about this, refer to the awarding criteria.

Along with the tender, the tenderer shall deliver a combined file presenting all of the tendered products. The file shall be sorted in the same sequence as the price and product form, and contain descriptions and pictures of the products. The document shall be loaded up under the tab "files".
In the tab "Products", we have set up a price and product form based on the needs of some of the entities. The form is designed so that we specify as precisely as possible the products we want to purchase. This means we will be able to compare products/prices between the different tenderers who deliver tender offers in the competition. The volume specification in the price and product form is intended as an evaluation amount where the weighting between the different products should represent the most accurate picture of the ratio between the various products. The volume specification will not necessarily correspond with the given total contract value, cf. the tender documentation point 1.5.
