KMD is responsible for providing information on regional and district political based efforts. The Ministry would like to enter into a contract for editorial production and operation of an internet portal on Interreg, interreg.no.The general aim of the portal is to contribute to highlighting Norwegian project participation and results of this. The website shall contribute to learning and it shall function as an inspiration source for project participants, administrators and policy developers. Furthermore, the website shall contribute to spreading news and practical information on the activities in the programmes, as well as provide links to other relevant information sources. The website shall give a complete overview of Norwegian participation (the project bank). The users shall find relevant information on application deadlines, conferences/seminars etc. All information shall be in Norwegian.The target group is current and future project participants and actors involved in the administration of the programmes, but the portal shall also be a useful tool for others who would like information on Interreg. The target group also includes private businesses who can be actual project participants, or be interested in the results of other projects.The website www.interreg.no has been in operation since 1999. The portal has developed with several services since it started and the Ministry's ambition is that the service shall be continually assessed as regards usefulness for environments and actors who are interested and engaged in the programmes.The contract has a limit of between 2 000 000 NOK and 2 300 000 NOK excluding VAT with a duration from 1.8.2015 until 31.12.2019. The contract's length shall be understood as 2 years and 5 months with an option for a further one — 1 year + one — 1 year, to a total of 4 years and 5 months.2 000 0002 300 000
