E6 Biri-Otta, four densely populated roads in Gudbrandsdalen (zoning plan and construction plan)

A new E6 will be built through Gudbrandsdalen, in the first instance, from Frya in Sør-Fron kommune to Sjoa in Sel kommune. New E6 will be lain in new sections throughout the densely populated areas, and the current E6 will receive the function of a local road and bypass. Therefore there should be measures for relief road networks in the densely populated areas of Hundorp and Harpefoss in Sør-Fron kommune and Vinstra and Kvam in Nord-Fron kommune, so that the new local road is safe and that the densely populated areas become more pleasant. To achieve this, emphasis is placed on environmental and traffic safety measures in the densely populated areas though reconstruction from road to street.
The densely populated areas shall be regulated and planned with intended start of construction during 2017.
The assignment in this procurement comprises technical plan and zoning plan for measures on relief road network, and option on construction plan, preparation of the tender documentation and follow up in the construction period.
The following delivery deadlines concern:
— Project management plan, quality plan and impact assessment on E2.6): 6 weeks after signing the contract;
— Pilot study: Finished for submission to political consideration: 1.2.2016;
— Zoning plan: Finished for submission to government inspection and hearing: 15.5.2016;
— Finished construction with tender documentation (if option is taken up): 30.1.2017;
