E39 Svegatjørn – Rådal – K7 Pre-inspections and post-inspections of properties
Pre-inspections and post-inspections of properties for site works on the E39 Svegatjørn - Rådal. The assignment is geographically limited to Bergen and Os municipalities.
The aim of the procurement is:
The aim of the pre-inspection is to obtain an objective description of the buildings current conditions. This description can give the terms for the operation of the site and any compensation for damages. During the post-inspection the tenderer shall assess whether damages incurred are a result of site operations.
The contract's extent is divided into two:
1. Pre-inspections shall be carried out on all properties and external constructions that are located within a defined area. See chapter D for further details.
The estimated extent of the pre-inspections is approx. 1 300 units. See the price form annex 1 for information on the distribution between different types of buildings.
2. In addition post-inspections shall be carried out on selected properties. During the post-inspection the tenderer shall assess whether damages incurred are a result of site operations. The report from the post-inspection shall include a description of the reason for the damage and the extent of the damage.
The contracting authority has estimated the need for post-inspections to approx. 1 500 hours. The post-inspections will be paid in accordance with the number of hours worked.
