The work comprises preparatory work for the construction of a dual carriageway from Tvedestrand to Arendal in Arendal municipality. There will be an equivalent contract in Tvedestrand municipality. The contract will mainly consist of the following work:
— Construction of 6 site roads with a total length of approx. 3.2 km;
— Construction of a culvert construction in concrete in a line for the future E18 with measurements 10 X 4.7 X 29 m;
— Tree felling and vegetation clearance on the site area for the new E18;
— Construction of a new roundabout on the current E18 at Dalen (X18/county road 124 to Saltrød).

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

A roundabout is planned to be constructed at Dalen as shown. As the development plan has not yet been approved here, the roundabout will be an option. A decision on whether to take up the option described at place B will be made at the latest 1.8.2015. See point 10.1 below.

HSE self-declaration in accordance with Appendix 2 in the Public Procurement Regulations.

If the tenderer is a working partnership, the requirement applies for each participant.

If the tenderer is a working partnership, a declaration of joint and several liability to the builder and third parties must be enclosed with the tender.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers are required to have positive equity. If the tenderer is a working partnership, the requirement applies for each participant.

The tenderer's average annual turnover should be at least as large as the annual turnover the contract will generate. Tenderer shall provide information about the annual turnover for the last 3 years.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The tenderer shall have experience from work of the same nature and degree of difficulty. The tenderer shall provide information about reference projects.

Tenderers shall refer to relevant contracts completed in a satisfactory way. The tenderer must give the name of a reference person within the stated reference projects.

Technical and professional competence and relevant experience is required of the key personnel who will be used for this assignment. Expertise and experience must be documented.

The organisation of the contract's execution is required to be sufficiently staffed and the tenderer is required to have the capacity and ability to deal with unforeseen circumstances during the contract. A statement of how the tenderer will organise the execution of the contract must be provided with the tender.
