E134 Åmodt — Raudå bridge
Statens vegvesen Region sør (The Norwegian Public Roads Administration Region South)
E134 shall be completely rebuilt along a 2 300 metre stretch south of the centre of Åmot. There shall also be 700 metres of pedestrian and bicycle path construction with a new surface water and lighting systems in toward the centre of Åmot. Approximately 35 000 m³ of rock shall be blasted in line as well as an excavation of approximately 35 000 m³ of uncompacted material i.a. in connection with exchange material. Furthermore, 60 000 m³ shall be filled in line, divided into blasted stone filling and new road foundations. A 32.5 metre long in-situ cast culvert is also included in the project.
The terrain in the construction route is steep on one side, this leads to extensive works with deviation of the traffic.
The entire project is 3 d designed in a model where all survey data can be obtained.

Tax certificate for tax and tax certificate for VAT, not older than 6 months.
HSE self-declaration in accordance with Appendix 2 in the Regulation on public procurement.
Tenderer shall provide information about the H1 value. The H1 value should be lower than 15.
If the tenderer is a working partnership, the requirements apply for each of the participants.
If the tenderer is a working partnership, a declaration of joint and several liability to the builder and third parties must be enclosed with the tender.
Tenderers are required to have positive equity. If the tenderer is a working partnership, the requirement applies for each participant.
The tenderer's average annual turnover should be at least as large as the annual turnover the contract will generate. Tenderer shall provide information about the annual turnover for the last 3 years.
The tenderer shall have experience from work of the same nature and degree of difficulty. The tenderer shall provide information about reference projects.
Tenderers are also required to show relevant contracts that have been carried out in a satisfactory manner. The tenderer must give the name of a reference person within the stated reference projects.
Technical and professional competency and relevant experience is required of the key personnel who will be engaged in this assignment. Expertise and experience must be documented.
It is a requirement that the organisation of the execution of the contract is sufficiently staffed and that the tenderer has the capacity and ability to deal with unforeseen circumstances during the contract. A statement of how the tenderer will organise the execution of the contract must be provided with the tender offer.
