Digital Archive IT system (Document and Workflow management systems)

The main purpose of the tender is to select a contractor for the project ‘Digital Archive IT system for Geodetic Administrations of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH)’.
The developed system shall fill the requirements for digital archiving in FGA/RSGA, and shall be developed and installed as three essential and independent components:
— User Management (Federated, single sign on);
— Workflow Management;
— Document Management.
Each component shall be delivered and tested individually as well as integrated in the final digital archive solution.
All 3 components are to be considered as independent service components that may be utilized in a number of applications within the 2 organizations.
