The contracting authority would like tenders for the provision of a new service for publishing videos from cameras to external viewers with the accompanying maintenance. The procurement shall replace the current system, and contribute to the public finding information they are searching for in an updated and relevant way. The procurement is for the making pictures available with an updating frequency of between 5 minutes and 3 hours for a streaming system with a minimum of one picture every 5 seconds. The procurement also includes the interfaces that must be developed around the new streaming system.
