Even if the money is proposed in the finance bill for 2016, the budget is yet not enacted by parliament. If the budget for the grocery website does not pass parliament, or less money is voted, or the Consumer Council should not be assigned the task of developing the website, The Consumer Council reserves the right to withdraw the tender and to call off the competition.

The Consumer Council wishes an option on a maintenance contract for the finished solution for up to 4 years after the launch and the ensuing guarantee period.

Firm registry declaration, not older than 6 months.
Tax attestation, not older than 6 months.
VAT attestation, not older than 6 months.
Declaration of compliance with pay and working conditions.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The supplier should have a satisfactory economical and financial position. A credit report, not older than 6 months, should be included with the bid.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The supplier must have sufficient capacity. We request documentation of the number of employees within the fields of it operations and maintenance.

When normal progression is achieved, the Consumer Council will pay 1/10 of the contract sum each month during the development period of 10 months.

The Consumer Council will sign a contract with only 1 juridical person, who will be fully responsible for fulfilling the terms of the contract.
