The project is divided into 4 phases:— Phase 1 — Establish a framework in the presentation layer that sees to a dynamic management system as described in the specifications. Include management information that covers finance, absence and presence by establishing an automatic data transfer from VISMA finance/HRM to the management system. All administrative management levels and political levels shall have access, but access to the management information is to be adapted to the different management levels.— Phase 2 — Facilitate the management system for service indicators within nursing and care. This shall be seen in connection with the implementation of activity based financing, so that the service indicators must be adapted to the grant office, the home care service and institutions. Automatic data transfer must be established from the trade systems ‘Gerica familien’. Data from the rota system must also be considered.— Phase 3 — Facilitate management systems for service indicators within schools, nurseries and child protection. Automatic data transfer must be established from relevant VISMA modules such as Visma Skole and Visma Barnehage, etc.— Phase 4 — Facilitate the management system for other entities as regards service indicators.The estimated total value excluding VAT is NOK 4 000 000.
