On behalf of 2030 Sør-Varanger municipality, we invite tenderers to participate in an open tender contest — Framework agreement on Craft services Sør-Varanger municipality 2015-2018. Finnut Consult AS is assisting with the administration of the tender competition. The Contracting Authority requests tenders for the period 2015-2018 (3 years).
We wish to emphasise that the tender should be in accordance with the instructions described in this document.
Incomplete tender responses, or responses containing reservations, errors or ambiguities that may create doubt about how the tender should be assessed, will be rejected. Non-compliance with the tender documentation shall be described clearly and precisely.
All communication in the process will take place via the Mercell portal, www.mercell.no
This is because all communication must be logged. Once you have entered the competitive tender process, choose the ‘Kommunikasjon’ (Communication) tab.
Next, click ‘Ny melding’ (New message). Enter information to the Contracting Authority and then Enter. The Contracting Authority will then receive your message. If the question concerns all tenderers, the Contracting Authority will answer it anonymised, by giving the answer as additional information for everyone. Additional information is available under the ‘Forespørsel’ (Enquiry) tab and then under the ‘Tilleggsinformasjon’ (Additional Information) tab. You will also receive an e-mail with a link to the additional information.
Requests about additional information that are presented in sufficient time (at the latest eight days prior to the tender deadline expiry), will be answered at the latest 6 days before the tender deadline expires. Answers will be sent to all who have received the tender documentation. Requests regarding additional information shall be marked ‘Tilleggsopplysninger — Håndverkertjenester Sør-Varanger kommune 2015-2018’.
