Contract for a trade system for nursery administration

Bærum municipality c/o the Nursery Office invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a contract for the procurement of a nursery administration system.
The trade system for nurseries shall support coordinated admissions in accordance with the Nursery Act § 12. The nursery office shall use the system for, amongst other things, administering places, planning the nursery need in the municipality and the finance unit shall, amongst other things, use the system for calculating grants for the nurseries etc.
The nurseries shall use the system, amongst other things, to access updated waiting lists, administer places and invoicing etc. Parents/guardians shall use the system to see the nursery office in the municipality, as well as to apply for, amend and confirm an offered nursery place.
The contract shall, according to the plan, be signed approximately 10.2.2016, but activities in the project will start in the municipality August 2016. Planned completed date 1.12.2016. See the tender documentation.
