In connection with the execution of maintenance and investment work, the Contracting Authority needs competence and contractor workers in the disciplines of welding, mechanical and machinery services.The need is in connection to repairs, service and installation work on the agency's pipeline network,pumping stations, buildings and other installations. The services shall be carried out both at the Contracting Authority's facilities and at the tenderer's own workshop. The Contracting Authority will also need to have parts and components manufactured or repaired that the Contracting Authority itself cannot carry out at their own workshop or, when the Contracting Authority does not have capacity.The Contracting Authority wishes to enter into a framework agreement for purchase and delivery of these services. The framework agreement shall be based on a fixed hourly rate. The scope is estimated to be a total of 1,300 hours per year, based on the current assignment quantity. The volume is, however, meant as information for potential tenderers and is not binding for the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to adjust the scope according to any changed needs.For a more detailed description of assignments and scope of works, see the requirement specification (Annex 1).

The tenderer shall be a legally established company
— Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate.
— Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade index or business register as prescribed by the law of the country in which the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
— The tenderer must have sufficient financial capacity to implement the assignment/contract.
— The company's last 3 Annual Financial Statements including notes, management's Annual Reports and Audit Reports, as well as new information of relevance to the company's fiscal figures.

— Credit appraisal/rating, not older than three months, and which is based on the last known fiscal figures.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
— The following are required:
implementation ability — Description of the tenderer's manpower.
— A report of the implements, machinery, tools, materials or technical equipment at the disposal of the tenderer for execution of the framework agreement.
— Information about education and professional qualifications at the tenderer and the company's administrative management, particularly for the person or those persons responsible for providing the service.
— Good experience is required from
equivalent assignments.
— List of the most important deliveries or services performed during the past 3 years, including information about the value, time, and the name of the public or private recipients. The Contracting Authority retains the right to collect reference or further documentation for previously executed assignments.

A: Good experience with welding of pipes with large dimensions with bottom run Minimum six months experience.
B. Good experience with welding with filler rods and electrodes. Minimum six months experience.
C. Good experience with
positional welding. Minimum six months experience.
— Copy of certificate of apprenticeship, certificates or similar of relevance to the requirements A to C.
— Qualifications (experience) in regard to requirements A to C
documented by a certified assignment, description of experience or similar.
— Hold an identity card (ID Card) in accordance with PPR
2007-03.30 no. 366:
Regulation about identity card
on building and
construction sites. — Copy of ID card.
