— Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate.

— Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade index or business register as prescribed by the law of the country in which the company is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

— Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 3 months, based on the last known accounting figures. The entire credit rating report must be submitted, and it must contain key figures for the last three financial years. The rating shall be carried out by an officially certified credit rating institution.

EBY reserves the right to obtain further credit ratings or other financial information (Annual Financial Statements including notes, the board's annual reports and the auditor's reports, as well as recent information of relevance for the company's fiscal figures).

Minste nivå(er) av standarder: The tenderer must have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

— Description of the business and the tenderer's competence profile (maximum two pages).

— Overview of the number of employees at the tenderer who have relevant competence for this assignment.

— Description of the tenderer's five most important deliveries or executed assignments. Report on the type of assignment, value, date and name of the Contracting Authority.

CVs of individual persons are not requested hereunder.

— Statement of the tenderer's quality assurance and internal control system.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

— The tenderer is required to have extremely good implementation ability, professional qualifications and experience from equivalent assignments for institutions in the health and care sector.

— The tenderer shall have a good and well functioning quality assurance and internal control system for the services to be delivered.
