The delivery will comprise assistance in the implementation of both renovation and conversion projects and new construction. Therefore we are requesting personnel who have the necessary competence for both the implementation of the planning phase and a ‘Builder's Ombudsman’ who shall protect our interests in the building matter to the home owners and finally also in the commissioning phase after the building acquisition.
The person concerned shall enter the project group which shall:
— Implement preliminary engineering design services and budgeting.
— Quality assure directive documents between the house owner and the Contracting Authority. Hereunder, focus on lease agreements and choice of operational form, financing and duration of lease period etc.
— Ensure communication with employees and their representatives in the user group and the employee representatives in the work group.
— Construction related follow up and quality assurance in the construction period/reconstruction period in regard to ensuring requirements for inside climate, ventilation, dust etc.
— Designing of office solutions based on guidelines ‘Office solutions in The Norwegian Public Roads Administration of 2011’, and the agency's recommendations incorporated into The Norwegian Public Roads Administration's efficiency improvement programme.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The company's tax affairs must be in order in relation to payment of tax and duties.
The tenderers shall enclose two certificates:
1. Certificate issued by the tax collector or municipal cashier (tax, preliminary tax, attachment of earnings and employer contributions).
2. Certificate from the tax office in the region concerned (VAT).
Norwegian companies: These certificates shall be as recent as possible and not older than 6 months old from the tender deadline. Both certificates shall be designated RF-1244 and be determined by the Directorate of Taxes.
Foreign companies: In the case of foreign tenderers, certificates shall be presented which substantiate the fact that the tenderer has met the obligations in relation to the payment of tax and duties.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer shall have the requisite economic foundation to fulfil the contract obligations. The organisation's Annual Financial Statements for 2013, with the auditor's statement (included in the tender cf. E1).
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer shall have the requisite professional foundation necessary to fulfil the contract obligations. A list of the tenderer's implemented assignments.
Kontraktutførelse
Innskudd og garantier som kreves: The tenderer shall not provide surety for correct fulfilment of the Contract.
