Consultant, foot and cycle paths

Hvaler kommune (Hvaler municipality)

Hvaler municipal council has decided implementation of the works on adaptation of a pathway/foot and cycle path on the section Stokken at the Puttesund Bridge to Åsebu at Asmaløy. In relation to a development plan, the decision implies that the Chief Municipal Executive implements a plan process for the regulation of the necessary areas on the above mentioned section, in such a way that the development can be executed.
Due to resource considerations, Hvaler municipality wishes to invite tenderers to submit tenders to a public tender process regarding the implementation of the development plan works. Hvaler municipality c/o the Area and Building matters Agency will however work closely with a consultant regarding the implementation of the development plan process. Formally, Hvaler municipality shall be the proposer of a development plan proposal which shall be subject to public inquiry.
The contracting authority shall contribute to:
— The co-ordination of the development process towards important goals for Hvaler municipality's society development, e.g. facilitating experience based activities, facilitating public health services, access to cultural monument areas and general traffic safety, as well as other considerations stated in the land-use part of the municipal master plan, as well as other municipal plans.
— Hvaler municipality' map client is available to the tenderer, where it i.a. has been created a separate system for implementing detailed analyses of important conditions on the defined section.
