A project manager shall be engaged.
The project manager shall have a regular office location. At present this office location is situated in the old Town Hall in Fauske municipality. The project manager shall be at his office all weekdays except holidays, etc. Fauske Property shall pay for the expenses in relation to the office location.
The project manager will be responsible for the following assignments:
— Case reviews with preparations to political decisions.
— Be the developer's professional partner in relation to building matters.
— Plan and organise the project implementation
— Conduct management and project administration
— Consultancy in relation to chosen implementation models and contract type.
— Assist the contracting authority in connection with preparation of contract documents.
— Management and control of tender processes.
— Evaluation/ contracting
— Financial control/control of progress and follow up contractual relationships.
— Safeguard the builder's obligations in relation to The Builder Regulations.

Company registration certificate; confirmation of registration in a company register. Foreign companies: Certificate of registration in a trade register or other company register as described in the law in the country where the tenderer and/or his sub contractor is established.

Requirement:
The tenderer shall have his tax and VAT payments in order.
Documentation:
Certificate from the chief municipal treasurer (tax, advance payment, garnishments, employer's contributions).
Certificate from the tax collector in the relevant county (VAT)
Foreign companies: Certificate issued by the relevant authority in the tenderer's country that confirms that the tenderer has fulfilled his obligations regarding the payment of duties in accordance with the legal provisions in his home country.
The certificates should not be older than six months from the tender deadline.
The tenderer shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to carry out the assignment.
Auditor approved accounts with report for the recent year. If a tenderer has further information that ought to be taken into consideration, this is to be enclosed.
