The aim of the procurement is to enter into framework agreements in order to get access to consultants with competence and experience within ICT data warehouse and business intelligence. SPK would like to enter into contracts with tenderers who have professional resources who have documented competence and experience with data warehouse and business intelligence (BI). When awarding contracts, SPK would like to be assured that the service providers have good routines for managing the contractual relationship, as well as offering professional resources that cover SPK's needs.
