Statens kartverk (The Norwegian Mapping Authority)

The Norwegian Mapping Authority wishes to engage 1 or 2 consultancy agencies, of which 1 or several consultants in each agency shall have international experience. The consultant(s) shall provide advice and suggestions which shall support the choices that are made for efficiency improvement and co-ordination of data, from data collection to ready updated map deliveries in the form of data. The basis shall be the level that the collected data are currently received by the Norwegian Mapping Authority This will vary for the various production lines.
The Norwegian Mapping Authority will order one, possibly two external review(s) which shall recommend important measures that must be done in order to co-ordinate, harmonise, automate and improve efficiency our production lines.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
Option for the contracting authority to prolong the contract and follow-up services in the form of complementary work, advice and guidelines relation to the results of the reviews.
Any extension of the contract must be taken up at least 1 month before the contract expires.

— Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian authorities.
The tenderer must be a legally established company.
— Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate.
— Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade index or business register as prescribed by the law of the country in which the company is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer must have the financial capacity to implement the assignment/contract.
Documentation requirement:
— A credit evaluation/rating from a publicly certified credit rating institution, not older than six months, shall be enclosed with the tender.
If for valid reasons the tenderers are unable to submit the documentation as requested by the Contracting Authority, the tenderers may prove their econmic and financial standing with any other documents that the Contracting Authority is able to accept.

* Tenderers shall attach a list of the most important relevant deliveries during the last 3 years, including information on the value, time and contracting authority. Certificates issued or verified by the Contracting Authority can be attached.

Payment shall be made 30-thirty — calendar days after receipt of an invoice.
