The aim of the procurement is to engage qualified construction managers in order to strengthen VAV's capacity within operation, maintenance and project implementation.
The aim will be achieved by the procurement of 2 construction managers. One construction manager shall be engaged in the section for project implementation and shall control construction and maintenance projects for water and sewage pipelines and the accompanying pump stations and buildings, reduction manholes etc.
The other construction manager shall be engaged in the section for water distribution and shall carry out operational related assignments on the distribution network as well as water related installations, including fountains and water basins.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Requirement: the tenderer's tax and VAT payments shall be in order.

Documentation: tax and VAT certificate, not older than 6 months. The certificate can be ordered and downloaded from Altinn. If this is not possible, it can be ordered from the tax collector or the Norwegian Tax Authority. Foreign tenderers shall enclose a certificate from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian authorities.

Requirement: tenderers shall be a legally established company.

Documentation:

— Norwegian companies: company Registration Certificate;

— Foreign companies: verification that the company is registered in a trade index or a register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirement: the tenderer must have the financial capacity to implement the assignment/contract.

Documentation: the company's last 2 annual accounts including notes, the boards annual reports and audit reports, as well as recent information of relevance to the company' fiscal figures and a credit rating, which is not older than 3 months, based on the last known fiscal figures.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement: Tenderers shall have proper professional qualifications.

Relevant experience from equivalent assignments.

Equivalent assignments means construction manager assignments for water and sewage projects.

Documentation: a list of the most important deliveries or services performed during the past 3 years, hereunder information about the value, time frame, and the name of the public or private recipients.

If the services were for public contracting authorities, this should be documented by certificates issued or confirmed by the authority concerned.

If the services were for private contracting authorities, certificates should be issued or confirmed by these. In the absence of this, a declaration from the tenderer will be accepted.

Tenderers can refer to relevant experience of employees to fulfil the requirement.
