Bygg21 shall continue or change their communications resources in an announcement of the assignment for which Bygg21 is the total supplier in 2016/2017.The PR agency is Bygg21's operative PR resources for editorial productions, other individual productions and support for operation of www.bygg21.no Bygg21's PR work shall meet Bygg21's communications strategy and communications plans. The agency's Key Account shall cooperate closely with Bygg21's Communications Manager and contribute to the strategy and plans providing the maximum assistance to Bygg21's assignments within the then current budget limitations. The total delivery is estimated to be 2 700 00 NOK per hour.The PR agency shall:— Be Bygg21's creative main resource and assist with targeted, time relevant and effective plans and individual initiatives including further development of Bygg21's graphic design;— Write articles, chronicles and reports;— Be updated and pro-actively provide advice about potential news and other editorial productions;— Document debates and central meeting places, for targeted propagation, and as raw material for editorial productions;— Create editorial publicity that receives the most possible copy in the media best suited;— Do interviews for suitable publications;— Produce in entirety or parts of the productions that shall assist Bygg21's networking, conferences, other meeting places and general PR;— Design and product campaigns;— Content supplier to www.bygg21.no— Develop and operate use of social media together with the Communications Manager.The agency shall work within a fast agreed framework for covering of ongoing operation and basic work (Point 1-4 above, where 2-4 occur in further specified numbers), and deliver individual productions according to prior agreement on content and terms. Such agreements will be shaped together with the Communications Manager, and entered into with the Director of Bygg21.Bygg21's editorial productions shall be of expedient design, and use video as well as written text. Editorial productions shall occur in an editorial setting that creates trust and copy in professional press and local press. The work must occur with necessary distance to other PR work, if necessary in the form of editorial oriented sub-supplier.The agency's primary contact in Bygg21 is the Communications Manager. The agency's key account or other central resources shall part-time have their place of work in Bygg21's premises.5 400 000
