Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
3.1.1. Qualification requirements:
— The tenderer shall be a legally established enterprise.
— The tenderer shall have no arrears concerning taxes or duties.
3.1.2. Documentation requirement:
— Company Registration Certificate.
— VAT and tax certificate.
The certificates cannot be older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
3.2.1 Qualification requirement:
— Requirement for financial capacity to complete the Tender that gives the Client certainty of a robust and secure delivery during the Contract period.
3.2.2. Documentation requirement:
— A credit rating better than or equal to a Dun & Bradstreet rating A or equivalent.
In cases where the tenderer is reliant on sub-providers or business partners for the completion of the Contract work, such providers/business partners shall be specified, and corresponding documentation for such providers or business partners shall be enclosed with the Tender, together with a declaration of commitment that the tenderer has the resources of such sub-providers or business partners at his disposal.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
3.3.1 Qualification requirements:
— The tenderer have an organisation, plant and equipment and adequate human resources necessary to execute the assignment as described in the Tender documentation. All contact persons and all personnel in contact with the Client shall at least be able to communicate in English, but should preferably be competent in a Nordic language.

3.3.2 Documentation requirement:
— The tenderer shall provide a complete description of the overall organisation, including an organisation chart and job descriptions concerning responsibility, authority and collaboration with sub-providers, if any.
— The competence of any key personnel already affiliated to the tenderer.
— Documentation that the plant and equipment capacity for collecting, transporting and treating waste, both in regards to regular operational capacity, stand-by systems in the event of unexpected breakdown and storage capacity.
— A description of any sub-providers and their competence, plant and equipment capacity, responsibility and assignments that they will possess.
— A copy of licensed and valid concession/discharge permit for management, treatment and incineration/destruction of hazardous waste.
The tenderer must have a functioning quality and environmental control system prior to award of contract.
Documentation:
— A description of the company's quality and environmental management system. Possibly how the tenderer will ensure that the company, within the start of the contract period, will have a functional environmental management system.
In cases where the tenderer does not possess the resources described within his own enterprise, documentation of any corresponding resources with sub-providers or business partners shall be enclosed with the Tender, together with a declaration of commitment that the tenderer has these resources at his disposal.
