Søndre Buskerud politidistrikt

The scope and purpose of the procurement.
The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for collection services for collecting the police's own vehicles, collection major seized goods, lost property, including dogs. In addition the contract shall include the storage of lost property and seized goods, premises for crime technical examinations as well as keeping dogs. Assignments from the Police in accordance with the Road Traffic Act §37 are not included in this contract. 4 contracts shall be signed with only 1 service provider (the same service provider for all 4 districts). The contract value is estimated to: 2 000 000 NOK excluding VAT per annum. The value must be considered as an estimate and it is not binding.

Tax and VAT certificates (statutory)
The tenderer shall have settled conditions in relation to payment of taxes and VAT.
Documentation requirement:
A certificate showing paid VAT, taxes and social security contributions is required. The certificate shall be issued by the competent authority in the country where the tenderer is established (the Norwegian certificate for tax and VAT is common and can be ordered from altinn.no, former RF-1244) in accordance with the laws and regulations in the country of origin. The certificate must not be more than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
