In the period February to March 2016, The Norwegian Armed Forces shall execute and facilitate exercise Cold Response 2016. This is an exercise that takes place in Midt-Norge (Central Norway). The Norwegian Armed Forces has in connection with this given The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency Market Area Trøndelag (MOTR) the task of hiring temporary facilities in the form of tents etc. that shall be used at Værnes.
These tents shall be used for quarters, hospital and transit hall. In addition to tents, toilets and shower facilities shall also be hired. Combined, this delivery is labelled as ‘the tent camp’. Quarters tents and the hospital shall have beds, and the entire tent camp shall have heating. The camp shall have the capacity to house 1 700 people, but the actual number can be somewhat adjusted.

The tenderer shall invoice 50 % of the price after inventory for the delivery is completed. Payment shall occur within 7 days.
The tenderer invoices 50 % of the price after the tent camp is removed, inventory held and the assignment completed. Payment will occur within 30 days.
