Oslo Universitetssykehus HF (Oslo University Hospital)

OUS shall offer its nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, social workers, mental health nurses, child welfare workers, radiographers/radiation therapists and bio-engineers an internal competence programme. The competence programme for the above mentioned health professions shall contribute to quality assuring patient treatment through systematic professional development and raising competence in direct patient work.

Information and documentation necessary to evaluate if the requirements are met:
Tenderers shall submit certificates for tax and VAT.
— Tax and VAT certificate.
The certificate must not be more than 6 months old. Any arrears must be explained / justified.
— Foreign Tenderers must submit corresponding confirmation that government taxes and fees have been paid in the country where the tenderer has the registered place of business.
Tenderers shall have an ethically responsible company.
— If during the past 5 years, the tenderer has been convicted of corruption, fraud or money laundering, or committed criminal offences concerning professional conduct, the judgement and subject matter must be accounted for.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Information and documentation necessary to evaluate if the requirements are met:
— Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial solvency to be able to comply with the contractual obligations.
— The tenderers must submit annual accounts for the last 2 financial years, as well as the auditor's reports.
— The Tenderer may be subject to credit appraisal.
— Recently established companies must submit accounts and auditor's reports for the period the company has been in operation.
— A bank guarantee can be submitted, that provides equivalent security for the ability to fulfil the contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The tenderer shall have good qualifications and capacity in relation to the contractual obligations.
— Tenderers shall confirm that the company has the capacity to take on the assignment.
— If a tenderer intends to engage use sub contractors, a binding statement shall be enclosed that states that the tenderer can use the necessary resources in the entire contract period.
— Statement regarding the tenderer's quality assurance system/quality management system.
— A copy of the certificate issued by an accredited certification body or equivalent documentation.
Kontraktutførelse
Juridisk form som skal antas av gruppen av økonomiske operatører som kontrakten skal tildeles til:
— The tenderer shall be a legally established company.
— Norwegian tenderers must provide an updated company registration certificate.
— Foreign tenderers must provide certificate(s) of statutory registration in the country where the business is established.
