Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The business should have no arrears relating to the payment of taxes to the government.
The Contractor shall comply with legal requirements in Norway within health, safety and environment (HSE).
The Contractor shall be a legally registered entity.
Approval or application for approval from the Labour Inspectorate.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Economic and financial position should be documented with the following information:
1. The latest approved annual report and auditor‘s report and any recent information of relevance; example, preliminary accounts for 2014.
2. The solvency evaluation from a business with a license to operate a credit information. The assessment must not be older than 3 months from the deadline, based on the latest available figures and should disclose the credit rating and degree of risk of bankruptcy (bankruptcy prediction).

If the Contractor has valid reasons for not being able to submit the requested documentation, the guarantee from the parent company that meets the eligibility requirements, or alternative documentation in the form of e.g. a declaration from the auditor or financial institution that is designed to meet the documentation requirement can be accepted.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Description of the supplier‘s delivery organization, including the number of permanent employees in total and by subject/competency and experience level, list of leading and executing personnel, as well as description of temporary hire arrangements.
If the supplier relies on other companies capacity to fulfil contract obligations, it must be stated what proportion of the contract the supplier intends to use subcontractors. Though it is expected that the prime contractor will represent the main part of the delivery. It should specify the resources that belong to the supplier and which may belong to other companies. Liability Statement from the relevant subcontractors shall be submitted.

A list of the principal deliveries effected in the last 3 years that are relevant and comparable in relation to the description of the contract object and scope. The documentation shall for each delivery state:
— Customer name and contact information.
— Scope of supply, total value and duration.
Description of the relevant environmental management measures supplier uses as well as systems for monitoring the business climate/environmental impacts, including:
— Plan for staff training in HSE, including waste disposal, cleaning methods, use of cleaning products and equipment.
— Written work instructions.
— Chemical consumption and handling.
— Membership in recycling arrangements.
— Environmental reporting.
Any relevant certifications shall be documented. If the procedures are described in the company‘s quality or environmental management system according to ISO 14001, Miljøfyrtårn or equivalent 3
Description of the company‘s quality assurance system, supplemented by any testimonials/certificates from bodies which comply with the European standards for certification.
