The wheel tyre mounting device shall be used for pressuring a new wheel on the car axle by using hydraulic pressure.
The light rail cars have wheels of the type Bocumer Verein BO54. The offered device must be compatible with this type of wheels.
The device shall be installed and used by the workshop situated at Kokstad with a power supply of 400 V.

The tenderer must be a legally established company:

1. Documentation requirement for Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate.

2. Documentation requirement for foreign tenderers: Confirmation that the tenderer is registered in a trade register or company register in accordance with the law in the country where the tenderer is established.

Tenderers must have their affairs in order with respect to the payment of tax, employer contribution and value added tax (VAT):

Documentation requirement: Tax Certificates which are not older than 6 months from the tender deadline. Tax certificates are defined as:

1. For Norwegian tenderers: Form from the Tax Directorate (RF-1244) for VAT, tax and employer contributions issued by the Tax Office.

2. For foreign tenderers: Foreign tenderers must submit equivalent certificates from their own country that show that they have an arrangement for the payment of taxes and duties. If the authorities in the relevant country do not issue these certificates, the tenderer should submit a declaration which states that all taxes and duties have been paid. The declaration shall be approved and signed by the tenderer's Financial Director/person responsible for Finance.

The tenderer must fulfil Norwegian HSE requirements for work that is carried out in Norway:

Documentation requirement for Norwegian tenderers: Filled in and signed HSE self-declaration in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations Annex 2. Preferably use the attached template, see Annex 2.

Tenderers shall follow the 8 fundamental ILO conventions and there shall be continual systematic work to ensure that the Company's sub-suppliers comply with the requirements.

Documentation requirement: A signed self-declaration. The 8 fundamental ILO conventions (the template in Annex 4 can be used).

The tenderer shall have sufficient financial strength to comply with the contractual obligations.

Documentation requirement: The tenderer's previous 2 years complete annual accounts.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The tenderer shall have relevant experience with the delivery and commissioning of wheel tyre mounting device in relation to the maintenance of light rail/trams/trains.

Documentation requirement: The tenderer must describe their most relevant projects in the last 3 years by filling out Annex 4 to the pre qualification documentation. The description must contain sufficient information for the Contracting Authority to be able to assess and evaluate the relevance of earlier projects against the need described in this contest.
