Various equipment for operation and maintenance of the Bergen light rail:
— C38-3
Motor placement device is required to allow changing Variobahn hub motors and resilient wheels under a lifted vehicle for use at the Kokstad Bergen Depot and on the Bergen tram system.
— C38-7
A traverse for roof device assembly (also known as a lifting frame) is required for use within the Kokstad depot workshop for the removal of tram roof mounted equipment using a crane or monorail hoist. The frame shall be designed to interface with the roof equipment found on the Bergen Stadler Variobahn that requires removal for maintenance and renewal.

Mobile lifting table shall be used for overhaul work on the tram motors. Must tolerate app. 5 tons.

Bogie transport devices are required for the use within the Kokstad Bergen Depot for transporting bogies from the main workshop building to and from the external storage areas without crane access.

The Tenderer shall fulfil obligations relating to the payment of taxes, VAT or similar payments under Norwegian law or the law of the State in which the Tenderer is established.

Documentation requirement:

Tax certificates not older than 6 months calculated from the Qualification Request due date. Tax certificates are defined as:

For Norwegian Tenderers:

— Tax Commission form issued by the treasury (‘Skattekontor’) for value added tax, payroll and regular taxes.

For Foreign Tenderers:

— Foreign Tenderers must have corresponding certificates from their authorities documenting that they have complied with the rules and regulations relating to taxes, VAT fees, duties etc. If the authorities do not issue such certificates, the Tenderers shall forward a statement confirming that all such taxes have been paid. The Statement shall be confirmed and signed by the Tenderers Chief Financial Officer and auditor.

For works/ services that are being performed in Norway the Tenderer must comply with Norwegian HES — requirements.

Completed and signed HES statement in accordance with FOA. The attached template may be used, see Annex 2.

The Tenderer shall have a legally established company.

Norwegian Tenderers:

— Company registration certificate.

Foreign Tenderers:

— Confirmation that the Tenderer is registered in a trade register or a register of business enterprise in accordance with the laws of the State where the Tenderer is established.

The Tenderer shall operate in abidance with the eight fundamental ILO-conventions and that continuous work is being undertaken to ensure that any and all sub-contractors the company uses are also meeting these requirements.

Signed self-declaration — The eight fundamental ILO-conventions. (Template in annex 3 may be used).

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The Tenderer shall have sufficient financial capability to perform the Contract.

Documentation requirement:

The Tenderers two last completed financial statements (annual accounts) including notes and the management's and the auditor's report.

The Client reserves the right to obtain a credit rating of the Tenderer from the credit rating agency Experian. Financial strength will be evaluated based on capital turnover, operating margin, solidity and liquidity.

The required information mentioned above shall also be attached for the Tenderers parent company if applicable.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Relevant experience from similar deliveries.

Documentation requirement:

Descriptions of the Tenderers most relevant projects within the 3 preceding years are to be provided, using the reference description template in Annex 4. Reference descriptions must contain sufficient information for the Client to evaluate relevance for this contract.

The Client shall be given the opportunity to contact the reference person.

If a substantial part of the delivery will be performed by subcontractors, the corresponding list of relevant references must be submitted for the subcontractor.
