Kunst- og designhøgskolen i Bergen (Bergen Academy of Art and Design)

In connection with the construction of the new Bergen Academy of Art and Design, new lighting rigs with accompanying effect lighting and control systems for 11 different rooms and halls shall be procured. A number of movable units that can be moved and installed in accordance with requirements shall also be procured. Working lights are not included in this contract.
The students and professional staff at Bergen Academy of Art and Design use the effect lighting for a number purposes, and the requirement is of a different nature, both outdoor and in the various rooms. In addition to a photo studio, a video studio and a media laboratory, the invitation to tender includes lighting in various project halls and project rooms. The lighting is necessary in connection with creation of i.a. sculptural and pictorial art and in connection with exhibitions.

The tenderer must be a legally established company.
Norwegian tenderers:
— Company Registration Certificate.
Foreign tenderers:
— Confirmation that the tenderer is registered in a trade register or a Register of Business Enterprises, in accordance with the law in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
1) The tenderer shall have sufficient financial strength to be able to fulfil the contract.
The tenderer's annual accounts including notes with the board's and auditor's reports for 2013 and 2014.
If the Annual Financial Statements for the last year are not finished before the tender deadline for this contest expires, the last year's preliminary annual accounts should also be attached.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to carry out a credit assessment from Experian. Financial strength is evaluated in relation to turnover, operating profit margin, solidity and liquidity.
2) The tenderer may choose to rely on other companies' capacity to fulfil the requirement for the tenderer's economic and financial position.
The tenderer must, in such an event, document the resources of the companies on which he will rely and prove that he will have the requisite resources from these companies at his disposal during the contract period, for example by presenting a commitment statement, guarantee, co-operation agreement or similar.

This applies regardless of the legal nature of the connection between the companies, i.e. that the supporting companies can either be the tenderer's parent company, another company in the same group, a co-operation partner etc.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1) The tenderer must have adequate execution capabilities.
A short, general description of the company shall be given, including:
— An account of the company's business core competence related to the scope of the delivery.
— An overview of the company's history, organisation and ownership, as well as a description of the current business.
— A brief description of the overall quality assurance system that the tenderer will use for carrying out this contract.
2) The tenderer may choose to rely on other companies' capacity to meet the technical and professional qualification requirements.
The tenderer must, in such an event, document the resources of the companies on which he will rely and prove that he will have the requisite resources from these companies at his disposal during the contract period, for example by presenting a commitment statement, guarantee, co-operation agreement or similar.

3)Tenderers shall have good experience from similar assignments.
Project descriptions from minimum 3 equivalent deliveries the previous 3 years. The project descriptions shall as a minimum contain:
— A brief description of the assignment.
— Date of execution.
— Scope of the assignment in monetary amount.
— Name, and telephone number of the reference person at the contracting authority.
The Contracting Authority must have the possibility to contact the contact persons who are listed. The tenderer can use the tender documents' annex C; the Reference form.
