Requirement:
— The service provider shall be a legally established company.
— The service provider shall have an orderly system in relation to payment of tax and VAT.
— The tenderers shall meet legislated HSE requirements.
Documentation requirement:
—Company Registration Certificate (§ 17-10)
—Tax Certificate for tax and VAT, not older than 6 months. The certificates can be obtained from the local tax collection office or the tax office. (§17-14). Use RF-1244.
—Norwegian service providers who are not VAT obliged must provide confirmation of this from the National Tax Board. (§17-14). Use RF-1244.
— Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from authorities equivalent to the Norwegian authorities.
—HSE declaration must be filled out (§17-15) see Appendix 5.

— The service provider must have the economic capacity to carry out the assignment/contract.
—The tenderer must be credit worthy.
Documentation requirement:
—The company's most recent annual report, as well as recent information which is of relevance for the company's fiscal figures (§17-8).
—The company's annual accounts or extracts thereof.
— Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 6 months, based on the last known accounting figures. The credit rating shall be carried out by a publicly approved credit rating agency (for example: Dun & Bradstreet, Creditinform, Lindorf or equivalent institutions).

Requirement:
— Experience from similar contracts is required.
—The service provider must have a well-functioning quality assurance system / quality management system
— The service provider shall employ environmental management measures for the fulfilment of the contract.
Documentation requirement:
— The company's most important assignments during the last 3 years, including values, dates and recipients.
(§17-9).
—Statement of quality assurance system/ quality management system.
If the company is certified, evidence of the certification must be attached.
—The company's environmental status should be confirmed by completing the enclosed form. Environmental requirements for the company (§ 17-13, 2) see Appendix 6.
